Zac Rivera
After eight years in New York City, can you refer to yourself as a New Yorker? Zac likes to think so, despite having grown up half a world away in England's Home Counties. In 2003, feeling the paternal pull of Gotham, his father's hometown, Zac upped sticks and moved stateside. It's where he met Maloney & Fox and picked up his PR career from where he left it in London. In 12 or so years – who's counting? – Zac has helped household name brands, including Toshiba, Microsoft and Mitsubishi, to demystify technologies to consumers, and introduced the web-curious to the wonders of eBay and eMusic. Feeling the need to freshen things up, Zac moved away from consumer technology and has immersed himself into the cocktail revival on behalf of Drambuie, the storied Scotch-based liqueur, as well as spearheading social media initiatives for Mercedes-Benz USA. When not entertaining everyone at Maloney & Fox with his strange English colloquialisms, Zac can be found propping up the bar in one of New York's many pubs, watching (real) football and shouting at the TV. |
