Bill Smith

After growing up in a small town in Vermont, Bill decided he needed a faster pace. Moving to NYC almost 12 years ago, Bill's first job in the city was working for God's Love We Deliver - a non-profit that feed people with serious illnesses. He worked in the delivery department as a "Jack of all trades", before taking a hiatus to travel the world, before settling down to live in Mexico.

Just when he thought life couldn't get any better, in August 2007, Bill moved back to New York and joined M&F as the office manager. With no formal knowledge of the mysterious world of PR, Bill decided to volunteer his services to help with creating the agency's award entries for 2007 campaigns. Although he far underestimated the amount of work that goes into submitting these awards – and kind of wishes someone had warned him - he found that undertaking a task of such magnitude, taught him a huge amount about the PR industry. As a result, he now feels he has a deep personal understanding of each member of the agency.

When not at M&F, Bill enjoys spending his weekends on Shelter Island, running , biking, walking with his partner, his 2 dogs, Dallas and Bailey, and watching the Boston Red Sox.
