While many of us are classically-trained agency folk, there is nothing classic or staid to the way we approach business.
Since our end game is to make clients ecstatically happy with our work and partnership, we take great pains to make sure
that everyone at M&F is also ecstatically happy. After all, we believe that a fun, creative and dynamic workplace will
create truly superior thinking and results, and we like to practice what we preach. Since a dedicated team's sole mission
is to figure out how best to bring all of the agency's resources and smarts to bear, we give as much credence to the
enthusiastic musings of the youngest here as we do to the worldly advice of our resident septuagenarian. This un-process
and sort-of-structure works well for us and even better for our clients. After all, to discount wisdom from the less
initiated or over-experienced would be to miss the point.
Staff development is important to us and we encourage all our staff to be involved in all levels of the business. Whether
it's having junior team members sitting in on senior management meetings, or the entire agency going out for one of our
many off-site speakeasies, we feel our culture is one of the many reasons that our clients choose us and keep coming back
